So the next thing I tried is that I pinched myself. I woke up and when I woke up I still saw the image. The picture of the Sonic with the creepy face pop up. Odd dream but while that dream was happening. I had a dream about being at EB Games and saw the Sonic with the creepy face shopping with about 50 copies of Sonic CD. I covered my face with my hand and only kept my hand a crack open just a bit to see the console and turn it off. When the game started, I went through the instructions of one of the videos on how to see the image. I went back upstairs in my room and plugged in the console and started the game. So I had to look through all the games on each shelf I went to. Unfortunately, I haven’t put my games in alphabetical order. But I wanted to see it one more time because I knew I had Sonic CD on my shelf which held abgames. When I saw it I was fully terrified… I knew it was the scariest and most disturbing image I have ever seen. I looked at a bunch of YouTube videos of the Easter Egg and it showed what the image of the creepy Sonic face looked like. But one of them carried a disturbing face of Sonic and a disturbing message that was in Japanese but when translated it says “Fun is infanate: Sega Enterprises…” But below of the text it says “Majin” which means “Demon or Devil.” I was shocked thinking if this was actually true. Leaving the controller alone will eventually cause Sonic to look at the you with an annoyed look on his face. In the 2011 remake of Sonic CD, a sixth image can be accessed: But why is this so creepy if the text is just "infinite fun"? Because most kids in America can't read. Since Sonic CD is designed with the Japanese soundtrack, this image is probably supposed to be funny. But the Japanese and European versions is more silly. It doesn't help that the boss music plays during this as well, making this image creepier in the American version. But "Majin" is also a Japanese nickname for Devil which is why it was considered scary. "Madzin" (which is pronounced the same as "majin") was Masato Nishimura's nickname since he was a child, "majin" being an alternate way to read his given name.
